Why I do this work
Falling behind on a mortgage can happen to anyone, a job loss, illness, separation, a business slowdown, or a rate renewal that changed everything. People often wait to reach out because they feel embarrassed. There's no need. My role is to listen, explain what's really happening, and help you see your options clearly.
How I help
- Review your mortgage, equity, income and timeline in a confidential conversation
- Search refinancing and second-mortgage options across a network of 50+ banks, credit unions, alternative and private lenders
- Lay out the real cost of each option, rates, fees and payments, in writing
- Coordinate with your real estate lawyer on deadlines and closing
- Tell you honestly when refinancing isn't the right fit
Broker, not lender
I'm a licensed mortgage intermediary. I don't lend money; I arrange financing through third-party lenders, and every approval is subject to that lender's own review of credit, income, equity and timing. I can't guarantee an outcome, but I can make sure you understand every realistic option.
Not a substitute for a lawyer
I provide mortgage information and financing services, not legal advice. If you've received a Notice of Sale or Statement of Claim, please speak with a real estate lawyer as well. I'm glad to work alongside them.
