When you request a consultation, we collect the information you choose to provide: your first name, phone number, contact preference and an optional description of your situation.
How we use it
Your information is used only to contact you about your inquiry and to explore mortgage options with you. It is not sold. It is not shared with any lender or third party without your permission, except where required by law or by regulatory obligations applicable to licensed mortgage professionals in Ontario.
Credit checks
Submitting an inquiry does not involve a credit check. A credit report is only obtained later, with your express consent, if you decide to apply for financing.
Storage and security
Submissions are stored with a secure service provider and access is restricted. We retain information only as long as needed for the purpose collected and for applicable record-keeping requirements.
